Easy Orange-Soy Glaze

The bright flavors of Asian cuisine give this recipe a tangy twist on a hearty ham glaze. Be sure to try it with pork chops or pork roast, too.

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 large orange (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Steps

    In small bowl, mix all ingredients with whisk until well blended.

    Brush glaze over ham during last 45 minutes of baking.

    If you have a larger ham, simply double the glaze ingredients.

    This glaze would also be delicious brushed on pork chops or pork roast.
