Old El Paso® flour tortillas for soft tacos & fajitas (6 inch; from 8.2-oz package)

cup shredded cheese (3 oz)
  • 1 In 10-inch skillet, heat salsa until bubbly. Carefully break eggs into skillet. Cover; simmer over medium-low heat 6 to 7 minutes or until eggs are thoroughly cooked.
  • 2 Meanwhile, warm tortillas as directed on package. To serve, place 1 tortilla on each individual plate; sprinkle with cheese. Spoon 1 egg with salsa onto each tortilla.

Please, please check your recipes. Huevos rancheros is NOT a spanish recipe. It is MEXICAN. Corn tortillas aren't from Spain the recipe here isn't something I've ever seen in Spain before. Get your information checked out before posting recipes out to the public.

hi betty.i love my eggs with a little pizzaz.my mom use to make home made chow chow with a hint of spice but i lost her recipe(she''s passed on)so i always keep a jar of old el paso on hand.it brightens up your breaky and you don''t have to eat the same boring breakfast all the time and it taste great.i have not tried it with a soft taco yet but when i do you''ll be the first to know.thanks again for your great recips.your #1 fan
