1 1/2: cups Bisquick® Original baking mix

1/3: cup very hot water

1: can (8 ounces) pizza sauce

1 1/2: cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)

Directions

1 Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450°. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Stir baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
2 Pat dough in pizza pan, using fingers dipped in baking mix; pinch edge, forming 1/2-inch rim. Spread pizza sauce over crust. Sprinkle with cheese.
3 Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly.

For a crisper crust, sprinkle cornmeal over the greased cookie sheet.

For Easy Pepperoni Pizza, place 3 ounces sliced pepperoni on the pizza sauce.

For Veggie Pizza, place 2 cups of vegetables such as sliced mushrooms, red onion, zucchini or chopped bell pepper on the pizza sauce.
