Super easy to make! I used red velvet cake mix, which helped a lot. Family and friends loved them. Definitely a great Christmas treat.

extremely easy to make, but time consuming if you are doing more than 1 box. you can also use red velvet cake mix, or chocolate cake mix. make sure you refrigerate after you form into balls, this helps with the crumbs, and i use candi quick or almond wafers, easier to work with when dipping. invest in a package of bamboo sticks to help with the dipping process. if the coating is coming out to thick, thin it up with a teaspoon of veg oil and keep microwaving in 1 min intervals, too long and it will burn. i made these last year and they came out great. plan on doing it again this year

It looks hard? Do you use a muffin pan or cookie pan?
