Ingredients

  • 1 apple, washed, cored, sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cups distilled vodka

Steps

    In 1-pint canning jar, place apple slices and cinnamon stick.
  • 2
    Add vodka to jar, making sure apple slices and cinnamon stick are completely covered with vodka. Seal jar. Store in cool, dark location for up to 6 months.

    You can omit cinnamon, if desired.

    The longer you leave the apples and cinnamon in the vodka, the stronger the flavor will be. Shorter time equals subtle flavor.
