I like this Pumpkin Spice Cookie Mix but would like to make cupcakes instead any solutions.

Wow the Pumpkin Spice cookies are delicious! They disappear as soon as they come out of the oven.

re:lovebaking27- pumpkin spice cookies need 1 stick of butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons water and 1 egg. Mix and drop rounded teaspoon of cookies on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake @ 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes. (It also says you can substitue vegatable oil and then the ingredients are 1/3 cup of oil, 2 tablespoons water and 1 egg.) Hope this helps and your child is well again.

My family loves these cookies! A couple nights ago I opened a package with the intentions to make them but a sick infant decided I was not going to make cookies. : ) I put the mix in a container and set it aside. I also, being sidetracked, threw the empty packet away and I can't remember what ingredients and how much to mix so I can actually make these cookies. Anybody have a package they can look at and let me know??

This is more gingerbread than pumpkin spice, but I added clove, nutmeg, and a dash of cinnamon for more of the pumpkin spice taste. They turned out soft and delicious! I put cream cheese icing on them with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. They were gone in no time! I will definitely bake these again.

Love this cookie but can't find it this year in any of the stores where I live. Can I order it online? I have one bag left and I don't want to use it unless I can replace it. This is now become my sons favorite holiday cookie.

I made these cookies for the first time last year. All of my family and friends loved them. I couldn't make enough! They're a holiday favorite. Keep them on the shelves.
