I add a 1-cup combination of white & butterscotch chips to the mix. No need to frost, & delicious! Wish this mix would be available all year. Everyone loves these cookies!

I add a 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon to the batter. Top with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture on top of cream cheese frosting.

I know this might be late info for you jdw1, but I got mine at the Dollar General, along with a can of cream cheese frosting. I also added some finely chopped pecan pieces that enhanced the flavor some.

I cannot find the pumpkin spice cookie mix, here in St. Louis. Does anyone know who may still carry it?

Delicious. Plan to send them in care packages to my kids!

I swapped out the stick of butter for 1 cup of canned pumpkin - no added water and 2 eggs. These were fabulous! At first I thought they weren't cooked all the way but they were just that soft - DELICIOUS and much more healhy

I need the ingredients that go into this cookie mix. I have the mix itself but the pouches got thrown out (don't ask) and they are too good to waste.

A friend, and best yet her very picky grandchildren, cannot get enough of these. Have been praising them all season, but I cannot find always were sold out-so others also must love. Please make for all year round. If her grandchildren like they must be awesome!

For TisHerself2: One writer said they were soft, but butter makes cookies crispy. Try substituting some oil, or pumpkin, sour cream, agave, etc.
