Prep Instructions

For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers.
You will Need:
· 8 oz (1/2 pound) cooked, diced Ham
· 1 ½ cups Water
· 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
· 3 Eggs
Directions:
1. Add water, oil, potatoes, and seasoning to 10-inch non-stick skillet; stir well. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
2. Cover; reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, without stirring, 12 minutes or until liquid is mostly absorbed.
3. While potatoes are cooking, whisk eggs with fork in small bowl; set aside.
4.Increase heat to medium-high. Stir diced ham into potatoes; cook uncovered 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed, and ham is heated through.
5. Push potato mixture to one side of pan. Add beaten eggs to bare side of pan; cook 1 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until firm. Gently stir eggs into potato mixture; remove from heat.
6. Squeeze Cheddar Cheese Topping pouch to soften; cut open. Squeeze topping over potato mixture.
