Brownies & Beer!

Try one of these boozy brownies for St. Paddy’s Day. They'll make the celebration extra fun!

Sounds strange, we know. But trust us, brownies and beer are a great combination. Let us introduce you to our Beer-Battered Brownies! (Yep, I said it.) Bake up some brownies, then add them to an easy beer batter. Fry them up, sprinkle with a touch of salt and enjoy. They are heavenly!

Beer-Battered Brownies 

Stout Brownies are so easy to make. Start with your favorite brownie mix, replacing the water called for on the box with stout beer. When cool, top the brownies with frosting. (For easier cutting, refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes beforehand.) With the dark base and white topping, these brownies look like a mug of stout beer!
