i find this to be drier than lasagna; i would next time add dollops of ricotta(seasoned w/parsley, egg, 1 tsp. cinnammon) this will give it the creamy consistency you need; trust me; it really does the job. P.S. season your ricotta the way you would if you were making lasagna. (if you dont like the way i season mine. Pgh. Phyl
