that recipe looked like fun and it looked good but i am not a big fan of blackberrys because of too many seeds!

I always had the idea that shortcakes were complicated but this is incredibly easy & I would love to try it with different types of fruit

Wow! This was VERY quick and easy to make, and it was a knockout success! Friends raved over it and wanted the recipe! It is wonderful for a light summertime dessert! I used mixed berries (including blackberries), but there is no end to where this little recipe can take you!
