Celebrate Fall with Pumpkin Dip

Posted By Angie McGowan

In just minutes, you can make this fall-flavored dip that's great for after-school snacks or even parties!

When fall rolls around, I can’t wait to start making pumpkin-filled foods. Pumpkin is one of my favorite ingredients. It’s so tasty and not to mention healthy. I like to make lots of sweet treats including pies, cakes and cookies. But I also like to make healthier dishes, such as this Pumpkin Dip.

This dip tastes just like pumpkin pie. I used agave nectar instead of sugar to sweeten it. You can also use stevia or another sugar substitute if you like. It’s a super simple fall dip you can have done in the blink of an eye. I like to serve this dip to my son as an after-school snack with some apple and pear slices. It also makes a great dip to serve at parties with a large fruit and cookie platter.

To make this dip, I simply combine canned pumpkin, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, agave nectar and some pumpkin pie spice. I beat that together with my eclectic mixer until well blended. How easy is that? Then I refrigerate the dip for 1 hour before serving. Give it a try!
