I have to admit that at first I was a little hesitant. I love macaroni and cheese, and I love grilled cheese. But together? Really? Yes! Somehow these two seamlessly blend together to make the ultimate comfort food.
It’s a great way to use up leftover macaroni and cheese. (I’ve found that mac ’n’ cheese made with an extra creamy sauce works best.)
