Really good. The mix was very crumbly so I pressed it into a 9X13 pan and cooked it for 18 minutes. Turned out great. Next time I think I will use chocolate chips to give it a mounds taste and maybe add almonds for a almond joy taste. I loved it!

OMG, best cookies EVER! I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten on these (hint: A LOT!). I don't frost the top, they are sweet enough as is. Trust me, you won't go wrong with these if you want to make a good impression! Love em....

I made them tonight to take to a cookie swap tomorrow. They are delicious and very quick and easy to make. Only change I made to recipe was to reduce oven temp to 350.

I've made these cookies a number of times and always get rave reviews. I've given the recipe to numerous people and was even asked to include it in our church newsletter. Definitely a "keeper".

You'd never know these were from a mix. They really don't need the glaze. I added 1/2 cup each chopped macadamia nuts and finely chopped sweetened dried mango (you could also use dried pineapple) - a taste of the tropics!

ADDICTIVE!!! :) Be forewarned. These cookies are great! I made the recipe exactly, and took them to my office. The whole three dozen were devoured before lunch!

MMMMMMMMMMM good! Fantastic Cookies! They were so coconut and buttery and melt in your mouth good! After I baked them, I spread the melted white chocolate on top of the cookies and sprinkled on toasted coconut. Delicious! I also baked them on 350 since 375 was burning the edges. Overall, love these cookies and will make them again!!!

Oh my goodness. This is like a cloud of Heaven. So light, yet so yummy. I loved the coconut flavor coupled with the white chocolate. These are dangerously delicious for me. I will not tell you how many I ate last night - blew my diet... Oh well, it was worth it. Definately going in the recipe box. These would be great for Bridal Shower cookies....
