I made this for a lunch meeting at work with a few changes. I used plain velvetta in place of jalapeno and used pinto beans with jalapeno in place of black beans. I put out diced tomatoes and onions along with sour cream for toppings and it was a big hit

I used a lemon pepper rotisserie chicken for added flavor. I also used a can of refried beans in place of black beans - simply because I'm not a fan of black beans. It was delicious!! I think the refried beans made it creamier. It was a big hit, the next day 3 friends wanted the recipe.
