Raspberry Peach Rosè Sangria

This refreshing fruit-filled sangria is sure to be a hit at those summertime happy hours.

Ingredients

1 1/2
cups peeled fresh peach slices (2 large)
1
cup fresh raspberries
1/4
cup fresh orange juice
3
tablespoons orange liqueur or brandy
1
bottle (750 ml) rosè wine, chilled
2
to 4 tablespoons simple syrup*
Orange or lemon slices, if desired
Chilled sparkling water, if desired

Directions

  • 1 In large pitcher, mix peach slices and raspberries. Stir in orange juice, liqueur, wine and simple syrup. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
  • 2 Pour into 6 glasses.
  • 3 Garnish with slices and a splash of sparkling water.

Expert Tips

*To make simple syrup, heat equal parts sugar and water in saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves. Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 month.
