1/3
cup vegetable oil
1

**BC reduced cake mix by 3oz. Used competitors 18.25oz mix. Just made these tonight for a cookie exchange, added chocolate and peppermint chips. Yummy. Also made a Christmas cherry cookie using white cake mix, almond extract instead of vanilla. Roll into a slightly smaller ball (did not roll in sugar)top with half a red or green cherry. Drizzle melted choc. chips over the top. Would be equally as good with choc. cake mix and white choc. drizzle.

I used the basic recipe, but substituted chocolate fudge cake mix. I stirred in a package of Reese's peanut butter chips, and omitted the sugar. Super easy, super fast, super delicious!

I started making these for my Christmas cookie exchange with my friends. I roll the dough in red & green sugar before baking, makes them look more Christmas-y!
