For Bisquick baked doughnuts, does the type of Bisquick matter? I would like to make any of the recipes using the Heart smart version, but wanted to know if there are any basic changes to make based on that (like add more sugar, more liquid, etc.). Thank you!

Anybody know of a way to make these without buying a "mini doughnut pan" as called for in the recipe? Can I make these in a mini muffin pan? I know they wouldn't be "doughnuts" unless they are in this shape, but we just want the flavor! I'm not concerned with what shape they are in, just so long as they taste good!
