These yogurt coolers are a great way to add calcium to your kids’—and your own—diet.

Ingredients

1/2
cup milk
1
container (6 ounces) Yoplait® Original peach low-fat yogurt
1
medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted and cut up
Ground nutmeg

Directions

  • 1 Place milk, yogurt and peach in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Expert Tips

Not a nutmeg fan? Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on these refreshing coolers instead.

Freeze the peach after you’ve cut it up—or use about 1 cup frozen cut-up peaches—for Peachy Yogurt Freeze.
