container (6 ounces) Yoplait® Original peach low-fat yogurt
1
medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted and cut up
Ground nutmeg
  • 1 Place milk, yogurt and peach in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

I sprinkled both cinnamon and nutmeg on top. It wasn''t anything special at first, but after adding a lot of the spices, it got pretty good. I think I''d like it colder.
