I made this pie for a peach festival and I was a little nervouse because there was going to be tough competition. It was fantastic! Super easy to make and it looked different from the other pies so it caught people's attention (which is what i wanted with the judges). We bought more peaches at the festival and made another one that day!

I made this pie and it turned out great. It took me longer than 35 minutes of prep time to make the crust and peel and slice all of the peaches, so I would recommend allocating more time to prepare the pie. It was the easiest peach pie recipe I have ever made and it was the best one I have made. My entire family loved it and want me to make it again soon!

Excellent flavor with the fresh peaches. I used a pie shell mix for the bottom layer to save time. Wonderful dish - give it a try! I also substituted ginger for the nutmeg, because I ran out. It turned out great.
