This meal was a quick and easy dinner in a pinch. I made a few adjustments which I really enjoyed. First, I used turkey instead of beef. I followed the directions exactly, but before adding the pasta to the mixture, I threw in some diced fire-roasted tomatoes. That gave it a little extra kick which was REALLY good! I also threw in some black olives. This dinner was a HUGE success!

We used this recipe when I was a kid. It was GREAT! Except we used Miracle Whip (it came off a Miracle Whip jar) instead of sour cream. I'll try it with sour cream but wow-this is a yummy recipe. We used whatever pasta (usually macaroni) but any pasta will do. I'm excited because I couldn't figure out the amount of ingredients until now!
