So, I'm confused - one of the other recipes said that two 8" pans made 48 servings and this one says that this recipe makes one serving? For people with health problems is there a way to get the calorie/carb/fat info with & without the frosting?

I made this bread last month, as a Christmad present for someone w/ kids. It turned out well, though w/ my oven, I had to bake it several minutes longer than stated on the recipe. I got a good report back about the bread: my friend said that when his kids saw this bread, they said it didn't look like bread, it looked like a yummy dessert! And it was well-enjoyed by them all! I will definitely make this bread again, because I want to try it myself!
