Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 oz) frozen margarita drink mix
  • 1 cup mango nectar
  • 1/2 cup tequila or mango nectar
  • 2 cups cracked ice

Steps

  • 1
In blender, place all ingredients except ice. Cover; blend on high speed until blended.
  • 2
Add ice. Cover; blend until smooth and slushy.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
If you are having trouble finding mango nectar, use a tropical fruit juice blend that includes mango as one of the ingredients.
  • tip 2
Add a garnish of lime wedges or fresh strawberries.
  • tip 3
When serving margaritas, the rims of the glasses are typically coated with lime juice and dipped in coarse salt. For these sweeter "mangoritas," coat the rim with lime juice and dip in coarse sugar.
