Really easy and yummy. Next time I will omit the thyme, which we thought was a little strong, and try another spice. I added chopped red pepper and omitted tomatoes.

It's a very quick and easy dish. I added garlic and seasoning salt to give it a bit more flavor. I also used flour in lieu of corn starch.

I really liked this. I've made a few changes. I used wheat spagetti instead of angel hair pasta, skipped the tomatoes and added bell peppers, skipped the thyme and used garlic powder, skipped grated lemon peel and just squeezed lemon juice over the chicken and vegetables.
