really a great dish I made a few changes due to family taste.we did a roasted apple and cranberry blend no pineapple.I injected the breast with butter garlic sauce kind of like grarlic bread spread only melted not alot garlic gives me tummy problems if over done.I have a electric roaster so I was able to fit the breast in a cooking bag as well as the stuffing and potatoes.clean up was a snap.

This is a great recipe. The flavor of the meat was unique and delicious, and it was very moist. I served it to a group of ten (used two 3-Lb. breasts with one pineapple and single recipe of glaze mixture). Everyone from the 2-year-old to the 85-year-old 'gobbled' it heartily.

Very mild flavor...turkey turned out very moist. Definitely watch your cooking time...my turkey was almost done after just one hour.
