lb boneless beef top sirloin, cut into 2 pieces

teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1/4
teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4
cup lightly packed chopped fresh spinach leaves
1/4
cup crumbled feta cheese (1 oz)
1
tablespoon chopped ripe olives
  • 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. Rub both sides of each piece of beef with garlic; sprinkle with lemon-pepper seasoning.
  • 2 Cover and grill beef over medium heat 9 to 11 minutes, turning once, until beef is of desired doneness.
  • 3 In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Spoon over beef.

Expert Tips

For a more authentic Greek topping, use pitted and chopped Kalamata olives in place of the ripe olives.

Serve with sliced fresh tomatoes, ripe from the farmers' market or your garden.

I doubled this recipe. IT WAS WONDERFUL! I have a son that is very pickey on what he eats. He normally doesn''t like steak but he asked for 2nd''s on this! This is a keeper! The steak took a little longer to cook than the recipe states but other than that is was quick and good! The topping I could''ve eaten as a salad by itself.
