1: large salmon fillet (2 pounds)

1: tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4: teaspoon pepper

1/2: cup refrigerated dill dip

2: tablespoons milk

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.
2 Place fish on 24-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Brush salmon with oil; sprinkle with pepper. Wrap foil securely around fish.
3 Cover and grill fish 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 20 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
4 Mix dill dip and milk until smooth. Serve salmon with dill sauce.

This is a quick easy dinner. I am a college student and am very busy. My boyfriend likes it when we have a nice home cooked meal. This one was perfect. I changed it by baking it at 350 for about 30 min. I have the BBQ.
