I have made this wonderful recipe at least 4 times now and it is really great. In fact, when I serve it to groups of people who DO NOT have Celiac Disease I don't announce that it is gluten free and they really don't know the difference. People are always complimenting me on the wonderful, homemade flavor of this apple pie. It's great served warm with vanilla ice cream, too.
