Chicken Salad with Grapes, Cashews, Apples and Fresh Dill

2: boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled, diced

1: cup seedless red grapes, each cut in half

1: cup salted cashews

1: small Gala apple, finely diced

1/4: cup finely chopped red onion

1/4: cup finely chopped green onions

1/2: to 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

: Juice of 1 lime (1 to 2 tablespoons)

1: teaspoon chopped fresh dill

: Salt and pepper to taste

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 In large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well mixed, adding salt and pepper to taste.

I thought this was absolutely delicious...I wouldn't change a thing, except could add celery as the picture shows, but the recipe doesn't list. The lime flavor is awesome!

This is the BEST chicken salad I've ever had or made! I also added some hard boiled egg, and when I made it, I used a tiny bit of crushed dill seed because I forgot the fresh dill as the market. Tasted just fine to me!
