Ingredients

  • 1 package (6 oz) refrigerated grilled chicken strips, cut in half if necessary
  • 5 cups bite-size pieces mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup strawberry halves
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup honey-roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Steps

  • 1
In large bowl, toss all ingredients.

Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
If you prefer a fruitier flavor, you can use raspberry vinaigrette in place of regular vinaigrette. The salad, however, will have pink overtones.
  • tip 2
Summer is a great time to use all the different varieties of garden greens. If you're looking to save time, though, use 5 cups from a purchased bag of torn mixed greens.
  • tip 3
Blue cheese lovers will want to add more blue cheese to this salad. Sprinkle crumbled cheese over the top before serving.
