Very fun & easy for the kids. Just make sure the melted chocolate is slightly cool, but still thin because it tends to melt the candy cane if it is too warm. I thinned mine a little with shortening so it was still workable. Great recipe!!

These are so easy to make and my children ages 7 and 8 love these Candy Cane Wands.Anytime they have a party at school they always take at least 2 dozen and get to tell their friends that they got to help make them. another great thing about them is if you don''t have children is that you can make them as gifts for friends that do have children or just adult friends. Thanks Betty! For making the holiday fun.
