Pep up grilled meat in minutes with a spicy blend of herbs you rub on your choice of chicken, pork or beef.

Ingredients

teaspoon black pepper
1/2
teaspoon white pepper
1/2
teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/2
teaspoon ground cumin
1/2
teaspoon ground nutmeg

tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients except oil. Brush oil on both sides of 1 pound chicken, pork or beef. Rub with seasoning mix.
  • 2 Grill meat as desired.

Expert Tips

If you don't have white pepper, increase the amount of black pepper to 1 1/2 teaspoons.
