can (10 3/4 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup

cups Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables

cups Original Bisquick® mix

cups shredded Cheddar cheese (about 5 oz)
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Generously spray bottom and sides of 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. In 12-inch skillet, cook beef and onions over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.
  • 2 In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix and water until moistened. Spread evenly in pan. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 3 Bake uncovered 35 minutes.

Expert Tips

If you don't feel like chopping onions, you can find frozen chopped onion in the frozen vegetable section of the supermarket.

I havent tried it yet i had a very hard time getting the dough spread out in the pan it in the oven cooking now i had to use oil it like pizza dough to get it to spread hope it turns out good i will post after we eat it. thank you bisquick for the recipe.

I'm not sure that I made the same recipe as everyone else (yes, I'm being sarcastic). None of us could eat this. It was bland and not a bit tasty. It went into the trash!
