Trick or treat! Cookie cutters make fun, quick work of uncovering the cheesy filling in a celebratory pizza.

I doubled the dough recipe, then used 1/2 for the bottom and about 1/4 for the top (thinner top) We put the top on the pizza BEFORE cutting out the shapes. The cutouts we sprinkled with extra cheese and paprika to cook as savory biscuits. The last 1/4 of dough we sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and baked. The small treats (savory and sweet) are perfect for lunchboxes!

.why not skip the top crust and use cookie cutters to cut shapes of pepperoni, ham or salami slices.

I just made this pizza and let me tell the top crust was a pain. Once I rolled it out and cut out the shapes it is very hard to get it on the pizza and the shapes lost their form. I had to roll it out twice and it still did not look great. Plus the amount of dough it has you make was not enough to make both the bottom and the top crusts. I have not baked it yet but making it was a pain. Hope it tastes good.
