cup Original Bisquick® mix
1/2
cup regular or nonalcoholic beer
1/2
teaspoon salt

Bland, bland...the batter wouldn't stick to the fish. I only fry items about once a month so I was looking forward to this. I will not be making this again.

My husband uses pancake mix instead of Bisquik when he catches crappie. Delicious. We have also used Sprite and pancake mix. Also excellent.
