I lessened the sour cream, added more milk, added onion and used garlic salt. It turned out extremely tasteless and a little grainy. I was disappointed :( At least it smelled really good...

A little much sour cream. Ended up adding more milk and salt which helped. Also ommited the poppys.

I was looking through recipes on Betty Crocker and I saw this one...I thought, "Hmm I love beef and egg noodle maybe I'll try this" and I never regret it. This dish was AMAZING. If I could underline amazing I would. It was creamy, juicy AND buttery and thats hard to find in most meals. I'm gonna make this one every night. DELICIOUSO:)

Not bad. I added several dashes of worcestershire sauce with the garlic and then salt and pepper to taste at the end and omitted the poppy seeds. It was delicious.
