AMAZING & always a hit when I bake! I added pecans, used applesauce instead of oil, almond milk instead of water, and baked in muffin pans for 18 - 20 minutes to make single serving cupcakes. This is one delicious recipe I can never make enough of!

Good cake, but too many flavors going on...between the bananas & toffee & almond extract. My husband & daughter loved it!! Next time I will make it without the almond extract!! Very moist!!
