No need to wait for “just-right” bananas anymore. With muffin mix in your cupboard, you’re minutes away from the aroma of bread baking in your oven!

This mix makes a very good loaf of banana bread. I love lots of walnuts, so I always add an extra 1/4 cup to the mix. Very glad to find this recipe online. Although the box clearly states it is a "Premium Muffin & Quick Bread Mix", there are no instructions on the box for making a loaf of quick bread. Several muffin variations but nothing about time and oven temperature for bread?

This is a great recipe and my dad did "tweek" it with some added nuts..most times he adds leftover bananas to add just a bit more pizzaz..but the recipe simple is definitely a Keeper.

Good, but i like things with frosting,so I would''ve added cream cheese frosting to it needed something more, but sure beats making it from scratch :)

This was disappointing even for my low expetations of a mix recipe. My loaf came out about 1 inch thick and the baking time turned my loaf a very dark brown even though I shaved 5 mins off. If there is a next time, I''d use two mixes and cut another 5-10 mins off te bake time.

The bread was not very good at all. It was very dry, and didn''t have much flavor. Not what you would expect from banana bread. It might taste better if fresh bananas were mixed in the dough before baking.
