This was a bit of a disaster. The meat was very tender, but the stuffing did not cook. Most of it was still hard and that of it that did cook was slimy. I had used a whole cup of chicken stock because that's what I had left in the container, but even with that it was a mess. Despite cooking spray, I spent much time scraping burnt stuffing out of my crock. Might try again, but leave out that part or make it on the side.
