Tips from the Betty Crocker Kitchens

  • tip 1
If you're a fan of moist dressing, use the larger amount of chicken broth called for in this Apple Raisin Dressing recipe.
  • tip 2
Make it your own! Substitute regular raisins for the golden raisins in this apple raisin stuffing recipe, or use other nuts, such as walnuts, instead of pecans.
  • tip 3
When buying celery, select bunches with pretty leaves. They'll make a lovely garnish that will echo the flavors in your apple raisin stuffing.
