| 2 | lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef |
| 1 | large onion, chopped (1 cup) |
| 1/4 | cup water |
| 3 | tablespoons Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon red pepper sauce |
| 1 | bottle (12 oz) chili sauce |
| 10 | oz tortilla chips or 10 sandwich buns |
| 1. | In 12-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. |
| 2. | In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix beef and remaining ingredients except tortilla chips.

| 3. | Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 6 hours. Serve over tortilla chips or in buns.

| Freeze leftovers in a freezer container for up to 4 months. To thaw, place the container in the refrigerator for about 8 hours or defrost in the microwave.
