Substitution
Make a cookie cutter out of cardboard, using the outline of a child's hand to make the shape. Cut out cardboard shape, place on cookie dough and cut around cardboard.
Special Touch
Personalize turkeys with a child’s handprint. Using decorator frosting, write the child’s name on the cookie; wrap in plastic wrap and tie with ribbon.
