I like the taste of the Betty Crocker GF sugar cookies. BUT as a rolled cookie they spread too much using the rolled sugar cookies directions. I used 1/4 c rice flour today and made a more stable cookie that wasn't flat as a pancake.

A friend gave me a box of this mix to try, and I'm glad she did! These taste like regular sugar cookies but without the harmful stuff. One caveat we have found of most gluten free cookies and it applies here as well - they need to cool completely before you try to take them off the pan or they will crumble. On the plus side, the crumbs make a good topping!

These cookies are delicious! We add 1/2cup sour cream and a small instant vanilla pudding mix to the recipe. They hold together much better and are very moist. We share them with people not GF and they love them. We dip the dough in cinnamon sugar and make snickerdoodles. We also tried adding peanut butter to make peanut butter cookies. They were good as well. Thank you Betty Crocker for a delicious GF cookie mix!

Love this stuff! I like to use this mix as a starter for lots of cookies. For example I love the Gingerbread cookies we make from the box mix. I put the recipe on my blogspot if you are interested. When we use this mix we always omit the egg due to allergies and also use a butter substitute. We also cook them a bit longer. They always come out great.

These are sooo good! They rise so light and fluffy like most gluten free cookies tend not to do and they have such a good flavor. The texture reminds me so much of jiffy cornbread! I love it!

Holy cow, these are good cookies! Not only do they have a lovely flavor, they bake perfectly...chewy on the inside and just a little crisp on the outside. Yes, they are a little grainy, as gluten-free baked goods tend to be, but I actually love that texture. What really amazes me is that these cookies turned out so great even with my substitutions- Ener-G replacer for an egg yolk (I had only an egg white left in my fridge) and margarine for half the butter. I think the people at Betty Crocker have come up with an amazingly flexible mix...and with a minimum of crazy processed ingredients! Much thanks to them!

Thank you Betty Crocker! I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease two years ago and thank goodness you have GF products that are delicious. The GF Bisquick is also wonderful for biscuits and pancakes. The cake mixes are awesome. Thank you so much!

Thank you! I tried the gluten free bisquick a couple weeks ago, and mistakenly used cup per cup when making the Ultimate Pancake Recipe I have used for years (it's the BEST EVER pancake recipe BTW)! All wasn't lost though, I just doubled the other ingredients so it wasn't so thick. Perfection! Thank you for bringing back the yummy desserts and foods we love.
