I used this mix for my daughters birthday cupcakes and due to her other allergies easily substituted the butter with a vegan stick butter for dairy free and used egg replacer for the eggs and it came out amazing. I loved that I could by a quality gluten free cake mix and with other adjustments for her was able to make cupcakes that everyone thought tasted amazing! Thank you for a great product!

I have always been a 'make it from scratch' person. When I was diagnosed with celiac disease that put an end to my baking. Until I discovered Betty Crocker gluten free cake mixes. They are delicious. Better than any gluten free products I have tried. I used the yellow cake to make my mother's coconut cake for Easter and the family loved it. Thank you, Betty Crocker!

I have been having a hard time finding healthy food in my local grocery store. I am allergic to wheat and have a hard time finding gf free anything. I am now 5 months pregnant and want sweets so when I came across this I thought why not. Instead of 1 cup water I made it with half water and half milk, the cake is so moist and so good. Thank you for making gf free products!

My niece surprised me with Betty Crocker Gluten Free Devils Food cupcakes this last weekend and they were FABULOUS! I went GF about 8 months ago (allergy, not celiac) and after trying only a couple of different breads/sweets, I just totally cut them out as none were very good or worth eating the calories anyway. But these....wow! They are better (to me) than regular cupcakes! They seem richer and more....unctuous! I don't really want to put baked sweets back in my diet, but when I have that strong craving - Betty will have my back! AWESOME :-)

I have been making gluten free, dairy free cupcakes from this mix for several months. Both grandchildren are gluten and dairy free. I found a tip to use 1 can of cherry coke, instead of the other ingredients you are supposed to add. These are the best!! Even the family members who don't have allergies, are requesting these all the time! You can also use marshmallow creme mixed with powdered sugar and almond milk for the icing.

you can use marshmallow creme; sprinkle with powdered sugar; or make a glaze with powdered sugar and water.

What's a good choice for icing if you can't have casein (DF)?
