How to Carve a Turkey
Now that you’ve roasted the turkey, it’s time to carve it! In just four steps, we show you how to divvy up the delicious meat.
Carving your Thanksgiving turkey is easier than you might think; it only takes four steps and a solid carving set.
What you’ll need:
1. Pull the leg away from the body until the thigh bone pops. Cut through joint.
2. Slice along the breast bone to remove breast meat. Cut off the wings.
3. Separate the thigh from the drumstick. Slice pieces off of the bone.
4. Slice breast meat and arrange on a platter.
