These flavor bombs are so good, you’ll have a hard time eating just one! Betty Crocker brownie mix makes prep a breeze.

Turtle-Stuffed Brownie Bites

Say hello to your new favorite dessert, turtle fans! These super easy brownie bites channel classic turtle candies, but they take way less effort to make. No boiling sugar or tempering chocolate—just quick, caramel- stuffed, pecan-topped brownie goodness baked right in your oven. Here’s how to make them.

First, heat your oven to 350°F and grab your ingredients. You only need a few: Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix, (plus the ingredients called for on the box) caramels and pecans. Make sure to unwrap all of your caramels before you start baking.

First, place mini paper baking cups into each of 42 mini muffin cups. Then, mix the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water and eggs together as instructed on the back of the box. Scoop the batter into the mini muffin cups until they are each about ¾ of the way full. Bake for about 10 minutes or until edges are just barely baked—the middles should still be gooey. Gently press a caramel into center of each and top with a whole pecan.

Pop the brownie bites back into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the caramels are melted.
