Using the candy cane-striped kisses provide a festive touch on the traditional peanut butter kiss cookies. I really like these if you make the cookies chocolate, too!

I make fudge in plastic ice cube trays from the local dollar store that I've buttered well with my basting brush. Use a paring knife to pop out the cubes, cut each one in half (to double qty) & place onto mini cupcake papers. Easier to eat half a piece than to fill your mouth with an entire cube.
