"Pizza ala grill is awesome! I’m now hooked to make it once a week! I’ve been experimenting a lot. My grandkids made mini pizzas with premade crust – they loved making their own. My favorite so far is a scratch crust topped with leftover grilled chicken, carmelized onions, olives, red bell peppers and a mix of cheese – yum!"
"Be adventurous! Try everything from premade crusts to the Betty Crocker pizza crust mix that worked well for me. Make sure the stone is seasoned well and flour it before adding the crust. Avoid overloading the ingredients on the pizza to allow the crust to get done. Only use precooked ingredients, that way you’ll know everything is safe to eat. Get to know your grill and the temp that works best for you. And most of all have fun!"
