Hot Dog and Veggie Cheeseburger Skillet

Here's one way to get the kids to eat their vegetables. They can even drizzle ketchup over the top if they'd like! MORE + LESS -

Ingredients

box Hamburger Helper™ cheeseburger macaroni
1/2
lb franks or fully cooked sausage links, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch pieces
1
bag (12 oz) frozen corn, thawed
2
cups milk
1
cup hot water
1/2
cup corn chips

    In 10-inch skillet, heat uncooked pasta and sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper box), franks, corn, milk and hot water over medium-high heat to boiling, stirring frequently.

    Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

    Remove from heat; uncover and let stand 5 minutes (sauce will thicken as it stands). Top with corn chips just before serving.

  • Don't have frozen corn? For more variety, corn with peppers or any canned corn can be used.
