1Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease bottoms only of 12 regular-size muffin cups, or place paper baking cup in each muffin cup.
2Beat egg slightly in medium bowl. Stir in Bisquick, granola, raisins, milk and 2 tablespoons honey just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
3Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with additional honey.
