Prep Instructions

1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts cut in ½-inch strips
Assorted vegetables, such as Broccoli and Red Bell Pepper, cut in 1-2 inch pieces (about 4 cups)
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers.
1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. Using a fork, whisk together oil and seasoning in large bowl.
Add chicken and vegetables to seasoning blend; stir well to coat.
3. Arrange chicken and vegetable pieces in single layer on sheet pan with sides*.
4. Bake 30 minutes, or until chicken pieces are thoroughly cooked (over 165°F).
5. Drizzle with Teriyaki glaze as desired.
*For easy clean up, line sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
